Monet
P. Rodriguez
Monet, a Colorado native was born and raised in Golden, Colorado.
Directly following her high school graduation in 2002, she went
to work as a clerk at The United States Attorneys’ Office,
District of Colorado. Monet worked closely with the Federal court
system, in her four years at the U.S Attorneys’ Office;
her education was broad from bankruptcy to white collar crimes.
In 2006, Monet left the US Attorneys’ office and went to
work as a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Rodger Daley, it was
there where she expanded her legal knowledge to Family and Criminal
law. Monet is currently a senior at the University of Colorado,
Denver Campus.
Arthur A. Folsom III
Arthur was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (his apologies for
the whole 2006 AFC Championship Game are hereby extended). He
was a National Merit Scholarship award winner. He attended the
Pennsylvania State University and Robert Morris University, graduating
in 1994. He attended law school at the University Of Denver from
1995 through 1998, graduating in the Spring of 1998. While there
he was honored to be appointed as one of the editors of the University
of Denver Water Law Review. He was admitted to the Colorado bar
in October, 1998, and has been in private practice ever since.
His private practice has been focused on litigation, where he
has had significant experience in both Trials to the Court and
Jury Trials.
